First, we helped create real clarity on the goal so that everyone was on the same page. We structured the work so that we could break the challenge down into its component parts, and ensured the team had all the information they needed to design the new model from the bottom up. This enabled them to make informed decisions based on the collective knowledge of the whole organisation. We tested it with scenarios and iterated the design – together.
The result? A high quality, new operating model. Joint understanding, joint intent to deliver, and true ownership. All done within a fraction of the time traditional methods would have taken.
